Every once in a while, someone will ask me if I get tired of photographing weddings. Aren’t they all the same? My answer is always, “Absolutely not! I love it!” The truth is that photographing weddings is so much more than capturing all of the little details of the day (although that’s fun, too) – it’s about telling a couple’s story. No two couples have the same story or personality, so it’s a new experience every time. I enjoy learning about all of my couples. Seeing their genuine love for each other and excitement about celebrating their wedding day with loved ones makes my heart so happy. I don’t think I’ll ever get enough.
Grace and Chase said "I do" on a beautiful May afternoon at Antrim Celebrations in Columbia, TN. I absolutely love when a couple picks a venue that complements their style and personality so perfectly. The whole day was light and breezy just like the colors she chose. Their sweet young love and devotion to each other was beautiful and matched the loveliness of the day. They exchanged heartfelt vows beneath huge shade trees and a simple wedding arch covered in elegant floral arrangements – so dreamy! It truly looked like a scene from a romantic movie (but better)! And you have to take a peek at their adorably handsome ring bearer! He was cracking me up as he walked back with his hands on his tiny suspenders.
After a few photos around the picturesque estate, we all headed in to spacious barn for an evening of celebration. Bekah Hart Weddings made the day flow so easily and stress free, and Willow and Vine Floral did a phenomenal job of putting together arrangements to accentuate this gorgeous design.
After tons of fun dancing, toasting, and cake cutting, it was time to send this lovely couple off on their next adventure with glittering sparklers! Congratulations, Grace and Chase!
